DISCUSSION TOPICS

Secret Santa Shop – will be December 12, 13 and 14.  All selected items will arrive on the 10th.  Volunteers are needed to help set up on the 11th.  PTG would like to ask seniors to help children select items in exchange for $500 donation to their senior all night party.  Mick will ask seniors to stay until 3:30 if possible.  More information will be sent home after Thanksgiving.

Oktoberfest – Mick stated that the pumpkin sales did not sell well.  It was noted that the location was poor and there were no signs.  We did break even and the left over pumpkins were donated to Manna House.

Turkey Shoot – Attendance was down this year.  We may have made $100 depending on whether Tenuta’s gave us the $100 discount.  Mick is checking.

Chuck E Cheese night – will be tomorrow from 3:00 to 9:00.   Chuck E Cheese will visit the school in the afternoon.  Mick mentioned that 15% of sales will come back to OLL.

Popcorn sales – Mick mentioned that sales were down last month.  Julie will ask Carl Uberti if high school could participate.

All School Directory – Nancy Verheyen stated that the print shop has been slow due to staff changes, but the directory will be ready after Thanksgiving.  It was mentioned that we should give 2 copies to students whose parents have 2 addresses.

Christmas Play – will be December 6.  Laurie Hoffman asked for volunteers to help create scenery and make costumes.

CLOSING PRAYER – 7:55 – Next PTG meeting will be Wednesday, December 5th at 7:00 pm.   If you do not find us in the Elementary School Library, we will be in one of the classrooms which offer more room.  Look for a note on the door.  The main topic will be Secret Santa Shop.
