OUR LADY OF THE LAKES
FEES AND TUITION FOR THE 2010/2011 SCHOOL YEAR

 A $350 per family, non-refundable, fee is due at registration.  ($100 Preschool only) 

HIGH SCHOOL FEES (grades 9-11) $50, (grade 12) $65 per student. This general fee covers the cost of testing, retreats, class and lab materials, etc. and eliminates the need to make collections for these purposes throughout the year. This fee does not include bookstore or yearbook costs. High school students purchase all textbooks from the bookstore.

 BOOK FEE (grades K-8) $100 per student.

*Preschool families choosing 2 or 3 days per week can schedule through our 'Flex Schedule' during the August orientation.

Families with more than three children attending Our Lady of the Lakes Schools will be charged full tuition for the three oldest.  $350 will be charged for each additional child.

Tuition Payment Choices
Tuition for the 2010/2011 school year can be paid by:

Option 1 - Single payment due June 1, 2010 (3% discount - tuition only)
Option 2 - Two payment play due June 1, 2010 and December 1, 2010
Option 3 -  FACTS monthly payment plan (see below)

FACTS payment plan is an automatic withdrawal from checking or savings accounts. Payments budgeted over 10 months beginning June, 2010. An annual $35 service fee is assessed. If you choose the FACTS plan, and have not used FACTS previously, please enroll online at the e-Cashier FACTS link below:

Getting started:
Go to FACTS e-Cashier website where you will be guided through creating your account.

If you choose the FACTS plan, and have used FACTS for 2009/2010 school year, nothing needs to be completed unless you have changed your banking information. If so, please come into the Parish Office immediately with a voided check and/or savings statement of your new account so that the appropriate changes can be made.

FACTS also offers a Credit Card option for a convenience fee. Discover, Mastercard and American Express are the only cards accepted. For more information call (800) 233-1096 or contact the Parish Office.

If you select payment plan Options 1 or 2 and payment is not made by the due date, payments will then have to be made through the FACTS payment plan.
 

Tuition Assistance

Please note that additional tuition assistance can be obtained through the Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program. Forms are available at the parish center and school offices and must be postmarked by April 12, 2010 for the 2010/2011 school year.  Families must be active, registered parishioners at a Catholic parish to apply for this assistance.
