OUR LADY OF THE LAKES A $350 per family, non-refundable, fee is due at registration. ($100 Preschool only) HIGH SCHOOL FEES (grades 9-11) $50, (grade 12) $65 per student. This general fee covers the cost of testing, retreats, class and lab materials, etc. and eliminates the need to make collections for these purposes throughout the year. This fee does not include bookstore or yearbook costs. High school students purchase all textbooks from the bookstore. BOOK FEE (grades K-8) $100 per student. TUITION In Parish: (Catholic Parish)

*Preschool families choosing 2 or 3 days per week can schedule through our 'Flex Schedule' during the August orientation.
Families with more than three
children attending Our Lady of the Lakes Schools will be charged full
tuition for the three oldest. $350 will be charged for each additional
child.

Families new to the FACTS tuition payment program starting with the 2010-2011 school year are required to sign up online at the FACTS e_Cashier website.

FACTS also offers a Credit Card option for a convenience fee. Discover, Mastercard and American Express are the only cards accepted. For more information call (800) 233-1096 or contact the Parish Office.
If you select payment plan Options 1 or 2
and payment is not made by the due date, payments will then have to be made
through the FACTS payment plan. Tuition Assistance Please note that additional tuition assistance can be obtained through the Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program. Forms are available at the parish center and school offices and must be postmarked by April 12, 2010 for the 2010/2011 school year. Families must be active, registered parishioners at a Catholic parish to apply for this assistance.
