CONCESSION CHAIRS: 
To complete the 15 hour Booster requirement, please contact the the concession chair for a particular sport.
 

2008–2009 Sports Registration: 

For any student who would like to join a sport, and who did not previously register, contact John Stolarski.

To Register your Children:

1.  Put all CYO and/or high school athletes on one form (i.e., one form per family).

2.  Be sure to fill in all the information.  Circle the sport(s)  that each child is registering for.

3.  The following checks must be enclosed along with the registration form:

     a.  A check for the registration:  the appropriate amount for your family is determined by the    rates  on the registration form.  THIS CHECK IS CASHED.

     b.  A check for Booster hours ($200.00):  this check is a deposit.  If you work your booster hour commitment, the money will be refunded to you.  For 2008 - 2009, 15 hours of concessions or gate per family.  

There will be a $50.00 late fee for anyone that signs up after the May deadline.

Interested in Coaching at Lakes?

People interested in coaching at OLL for the 2008 – 2009 school year are required to take a class sponsored by the Archdiocese.   Contact the Delaney Center for more information.
